A Food/Mood assessment is a simple self-assessment that reviews food intake for 3 days. The body needs fuel to function and when the body is in dis-ease, the mind is affected. and vice versa. Stress can alter our eating habits and self-care over all, leading to a cascade of effects mentally and physically. After that time, we review your current physical and mental symptoms and how they can be improved through nutrition by looking at what you currently take into your body and how your body is currently handling said nutrition as it relates to your culture and lifestyle.
